PetEssentialist publishes general information about pet products, breeds, care, and training for informational and educational purposes only. Our content is notveterinary, medical, nutritional, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional who knows your specific animal. Breed traits and health information are generalizations and may not apply to any individual pet. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your pet's health, diet, and care, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here. You are solely responsible for decisions you make for your pet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetEssentialist and its owners, operators, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any product you purchase through it — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of PetEssentialist is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
